In February 2008, a dozen women got together and baked. The rest is history right?
Luckily for many of us, they have invited others to join along as buddies by choosing to prepare the same recipes in the time allotted. The adventure of this past year has allowed me to experiment with new ingredients, different techniques and learn more about the science of bread.
