Do you enjoy dessert for breakfast? I always enjoy the luxury of enjoying a true sweet treat with my morning coffee. You know how banana bread can be the perfect delight morning noon and night? It is like that great balance between something sweet and (sort of) healthy. But now I am going to one-up you. [...] I am sorry. I owe you an enormous apology. I kept something from you that I really truly meant to share. I had these great intentions and somehow the relaxing days, the new bags of coffee with flavored creamer, guests and parties made me practically lose my mind. So much so that I forgot about [...] Most of the TWD bakers are presenting a delicious looking chocolate cake today. I promise, I bought everything for it. But see, here’s what’s going on. You remember how I packed up my life in Peru and moved it to the US just a couple of weeks ago? Yeah, that’s what’s going on…still. I was excited to make pumpkin muffins this week, partially because the flavor fits perfectly with fall and partly because I have access to cans of real pumpkin.
