With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner (by just minutes) I wanted to adjust this week’s TWD recipe to be a bit more “green”. So then I had to decide between exchanging the raspberries either for kiwi fruit or pistachio nuts. These will be cut into squares for the weekly meeting tomorrow at work, so I haven’t tasted them yet.
So the real question is…would you eat a chocolate pistachio square for a 9am meeting? On St. Patrick’s Day?
Chocolate Pistachio Tart is being served up for Tuesdays With Dorie. This TWD recipe was chosen by Rachelle of Mommy? I’m Hungry! Enjoy more Soft Chocolate Tarts by visiting the blogroll at the Tuesdays With Dorie website. Or, see what other goodies we have enjoyed on past weeks!

YES! I would eat a chocolate pistachio square for a 9am meeting. On St. Patrick’s Day. Or anytime, really.
nice substitution. how did they like it at the mtg?
Happy St. Paddy’s Day where we are all Irish for one day!!!!
lol. One morning I went to the older women’s Sunday School class at church for a presentation. They were having brownies, cinnamon rolls, toffees — whatever special treat they’d baked since none of them worked and had time. This at 8:30 in the morning.
Moral: Anything with coffee = breakfast!
Yes!
Yo sin duda me comeria un trozo de esa tarta a las 9 a.m. y a cualquier otra hora, porque realmente, tienen un pinta deliciosa, y la mezcla de chocolota y pistachos, es perfecta y muy rica.
Un saludo.
And I’ll join the line for a square of that chocolate pistachio tart, regardless of the time. Or day. And while I’m at it, I’ll throw in one of those supercute spring cupcakes I saw on the way in, yum! Girl, you are sooo talented!
