Several weeks ago, I chose to sign myself up for cake decorating classes. It is not often that I actually choose to do something simply because I want to instead of because I “have” to or because I “should”. It delights me that I have learned so many things in a few short weeks. Currently I am in course two and loving those classes as well.
I wanted to share a few of the pictures with you of the cakes that I have recently baked for the classes. Which one is your favorite?

Love the rainbow! And, your flowers and borders are perfect! I remember taking those classes several years back. I owe my cake decorating business (bakesbysue.com) to those classes and the wonderful instructor I had. Have fun!
Oh, I love the roses! And the cupcakes are so dainty and cute…..*sigh* and the rainbow with the blue curliewurlies at the bottom……I can’t pick, I like ‘m all! This looks like so much fun, you rock!
My dear this is serious stuff, very serious stuff. Way out of my league.
Love them all but might be lean slightly to the rainbow as rainbows are just happy for me.
