I tend to have problems with shortbreads crumbling on me, but I may have to try this. I’m a recent convert to all things ginger flavored.

Hey there, I’m pretty sure I’ve commented here before. Your blog is fabulous. I’m going to link to you one of these days! I’m excited to try to make these gingersnap shortbread cookies. I think I would LOVE them. Do you have a recipe for Tres Leches up? I haven’t searched yet…
I’m in Peru too, Tarapoto. That’s probably why I love your blog so much. I am shocked by the catfish post (the last one on your old blog) and am amazed that it’s eaten with the skin and all. Of course people eat it that way… but it’s just that [ahem, sorry if this is rude] it doesn’t look yummy to me.
Anyway, I was just catching up. As always your blog is AMAZING.

Gingersnaps are a favourite from childhood so these would be right up there too.

Shortbreads are easy to make and easy to prepare. I always make some for my kids!
